To photograph a wedding is to document the most important day of many people’s lives and to be a part of that day is a privilege.
To me photographing a wedding is to capture in images the essence of the day, the mood, the atmosphere, the light, the emotions and all the little things that might not even be noticed. It is more than ‘wedding photography’. It is a combination of portraiture, fashion, landscape and of course documentary photography.
Every wedding I have attended has been different and the photos I have produced have been as equally diverse. If the day is full of energy, then the images will be full of energy. If the day is full of tears and emotion, the images again will reflect that.
My style is informal and I prefer to blend into the background to capture natural and candid images. I was once described as “remarkably unobtrusive yet incredibly professional” and this is how I intend to be; taking control of the group shots and then stepping back to let you enjoy your day.

Stop-Motion Wedding Video
The stop-motion wedding video is a new string to my bow. It is a unique way to relive your wedding day. Using every single image (un-edited) from your day. I blend them together with a song that means a lot to you. Your ‘first dance’ song is normally a good call.
This can be added to any package for an additional £250

HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
Firstly get in touch and check my availability for your date. If I’m available then all you will need to do is pay a 10% non Refundable deposit. This will guarantee that no else gets me for your date. The remainder can be paid off at any point up to one month before the wedding day.
HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHS WILL WE GET?
Depending on what package you choose, you’ll get between 200-300 individually edited photographs. There will be a select few that I will transfer to black & white, but you will get the colour versions as well in a separate folder.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR PHOTOGRAPHS?
The average editing time is between 5-6 weeks depending on the time of year and peak wedding season, April-September. There’s only one of me but I know how keen you’ll be to see your pictures, so I’ll get them done and ready for you as quickly as possible, without compromising on the quality.
HOW DO WE RECEIVE THE PHOTOGRAPHS?
You’ll receive the edited photographs on a customised USB stick with a copy both in High Resolution for printing and Low Resolution for easy web uploads.
HOW LONG DO YOU STAY ON THE WEDDING DAY?
As a rule of thumb, 1/2 day would be four hours of your choosing, 3/4 day would be six hours and a full day 8 hours. I can be flexible with the times depending on how the day goes.
DO YOU REQUIRE FOOD DURING THE DAY?
It would be amazing to eat at the same point as the rest of the wedding guests. Photographs of people eating are never the most flattering anyhow and I do try to eat quickly at the same time.
CAN WE MEET YOU BEFORE THE WEDDING?
Yes, I love to meet all couples before their wedding top go through all the details of the day. If this is not possible due to distances then I will always be available by phone, email or Skype at any time.

Drew captured our wedding in Chamonix beautifully. He worked soo hard the entire day to capture everyone at their best whilst also blending into the background and putting everyone at ease. Drew knew exactly which Gondola to take and the best locations for mountain backdrops to our wedding photos. We were very lucky to find him and for everything he did we consider his prices more than reasonable. He took all the stress away and we really enjoyed having our wedding photos taken with Drew. He was so chilled out but yet a total professional.
